SILKS
This workshop is aimed at acrobats with previous experience, who are aware of the movement of their bodies, interested in deepening their focus on aerials, and seeking new paths of creativity without ignoring the technique.
In this aerial class, we are going to work on sequences, fluidity, and musicality, but also dynamic technique, and we will explore improvisation with some tools.
You will learn specific aerial training routines to keep your body strong and flexible.
Some of the technical elements that we will mainly practice are: elbow and knee grips, different styles of climbs, and a few balances.
