ADÉLA JORDÁKOVÁ

Adela studied physiotherapy at the 2.LF in Motola and works as a physiotherapist especially for dancers (ballet ND) and circus artists. He actively studies dance and circus medicine and lectures in the Czech Republic and abroad (HAMU, INAC, SKH). She also completed a one-year study stay at the SKH circus school in Sweden, where she focused mainly on vertical rope. But she also does other hanging disciplines and handstands, and she enjoys connecting things in the air and on the ground.

The second lecture will focus on the physiology of soft tissue injuries, injury guidelines and possible interventions, as well as how to modify physical activity and nutrition to promote rapid recovery.
